I have worked as an Educator in the past with two other Childcare providers that by no means could add up to their standards. I have found working them to be very positive, supportive and trustworthy, they go above and beyond to build and maintain productive relationships with both their Educator’s and their family’s. Robyn is a very humble individual who gets along well with all she comes across in her day to day role as a Visiting Teacher, she is not just a VT to all the children, she is a mentor and a role model. And Bernie, her fortnightly emails are always written with such a welcoming and caring note.
She works hard too sort out and fix up anything we need as fast as she can

After the Provider I had worked for came to an end, I needed a new Provider! I rang the Blenheim office, a bubbly, energetic voice answered (Robyn!) She was quick to answer my questions, very excited to have me come on. This Company is one I am enjoying working for. The Staff are professional and do their jobs well. I like the “common sense” approach to the care and education of our precious little people.
I find them to be a very supportive and caring Company, which makes the learning environment one where our children can flourish.

Working as in home educator means that everyday I get opportunities to experience the magic of childhood, through the eyes of the children in front of me.

As an educator, this has been the most supportive and constructive place to work. My Visiting Teacher regularly checks in, visits every month and is always available for help and ideas when needed and her visits are so much fun for the kids and I!

The previous 3 years, I was with three other providers who either closed or I didn’t feel inspired or supported, so I started looking into other agencies. By chance I heard from another fellow Educator that Karley had become a Visiting Teacher 😇 and promptly got in touch with her. Karley is the inspiration I needed to continue as a long-term Educator. I’ve known Karley for several years when she was a kindy teacher, I was doing drop off/pick up, that was 19 years ago. With Karley also having been a home-based educator I knew without a doubt that she would be awesome to work with. I feel this provider 😇 to me is very well set up, Karley is only a phone call away, Bernie is very efficient with quick replies from either phone calls or emails. Last year I had a problem with a family in care to which I had to cease care, Bernie was absolutely terrific with communication with me as well as the family. When Karley comes for her visits 😍 the children are absolutely drawn to her. Karley is a very confident Visiting teacher, super organized which definitely appeals to me. I enjoy the Zoom’s which Angie takes, there are a lot to choose from and Angie makes them interesting, informative and fun. This year is the start of new programming planning goals for the children, I’ve been a home-based educator for 28 years so pretty much set in my ways. Karley is working alongside me with this new paperwork while I also add into the profile books 📚. At the end of the day I would highly recommend them 😇 for their utmost support for myself, the children in care and their whānau.
