We believe that well-supported home-based educators provide better education and care for children, so we support and work in partnership with our Genius Educators to ensure they are supported both in the short-term for day-to-day situations and in the long-term to develop their home based business.

As a Genius Educator, you can benefit from on-going support from our highly qualified and experienced team. Genius Early Years offers training and mentoring to help you develop your in-home childcare service.

Grandparents and family support
We can provide support to a Grandparent, friend or family member that may be already providing informal in-home childcare. Please get in touch with us to discuss what kind of options and support we can offer you.

What we offer
- Genius Early Years Training Programme
  Take part in our purpose-built training programme to help you learn more about childcare and education, manage administration and to meet the high standards set by Genius Early Years. We provide regular webinars tailored to grow your wisdom as a Genius Educator
- Regular support
  Regular Visiting teacher visits and ability to speak with your Visiting teacher or our admin support as and when required. Alongside opportunities to attend regional professional development as well as events where resources and activities are provided to enhance learning opportunities.
- Mentoring
  We support our educators’ growth and knowledge towards their own specific goals, through mentorship discussions with your Visiting Teacher who will support you with direction, guidance and wisdom.
